UGTP2prototype

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 23, 2026

1. Introduction

Norionsoft ("we", "us", "our") operates the UGTP v2 Universal Gasless Transaction Platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service, including the API, documentation site, admin dashboard, and landing pages.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register for an API key, we collect your email address and organization name.

Transaction Data: We process blockchain transaction parameters (recipient addresses, amounts, chain IDs) submitted through our API. These are necessary to execute gasless transactions on your behalf.

Usage Data: We collect API call logs, request timestamps, and usage metrics to monitor service health and enforce rate limits.

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information when you access our web interfaces.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the UGTP v2 platform
  • To process and execute gasless transactions on supported blockchains
  • To perform pre-execution security analysis on transactions
  • To monitor and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
  • To communicate service updates, security alerts, and billing information
  • To improve and optimize platform performance

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure Providers: Blockchain networks (Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum) necessarily receive transaction data as part of on-chain execution.
  • Security Partners: Transaction parameters are shared with Check Point for pre-execution security analysis.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), and account abstraction (ZeroDev).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed API keys, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Blockchain Data

Please note that transactions executed on public blockchains are inherently transparent and immutable. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, the transaction data (addresses, amounts, timestamps) becomes part of the permanent public record and cannot be deleted or modified.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations and blockchain immutability)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Data portability

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Transaction records and security reports are retained for compliance and audit purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

10. Contact
